I process my world both visually and verbally, in equal parts. I have a day job at the American Philosophical Society (APS) Museum where I spend days happily thinking, looking, and writing. The rest of the time I try to make my own art work but am often too tired. I want it all. My visual blog--lots of pics, not much text--used to be called Synaesthetica, but no one could spell it. So now it's called Knitting While Sleeping, which I actually have been observed doing.

I don't even know what to say about these images, hm.
Of course I've seen Truly Madly Deeply - 100x. But, the Alan Rickman reference was to earlier note that Rowan 38, directed by Kevin Costner, had bright spots in it, like Alan Rickman as the Sheriff in Robin Hood.

I have to admit, eating watermelon while thinking about Katrina is a bit rough-poor louisiana and mississippi!
